Buddy John specializes in: Shopping Center Investments; Single-Tenant and 1031 Investments; Retail Tenant Representation; Build-to-Suit Transactions; and Brokerage of Restaurant Facilities. He joined NAI Avant in 1982. From 1995 to 1999, he served as senior vice president of real estate for a publicly traded national retailer. He received the Real Estate Transaction of the Year Award in 2001 awarded by Columbia Association of Realtors.
Exclusively represented Regis Salons in the Carolinas and Georgia from 2003 until 2006. Other represented clients have included Blockbuster Video, Sally Beauty Supply and Dollar General.
Closed transactions include the listing and brokerage of over 13 shopping centers within the last four years, ranging in size from 20,000 square feet to over 200,000 square feet. Other sales transactions include: Wal-Mart development sites; Sam's Wholesale Club; Blockbuster Video Stores; Fresenius Medical Clinics; Dollar General Stores; Free-standing Theatres; Fast Food and Tablecloth Restaurants; and other general commercial brokerage.
Extensive experience in SC, NC and GA with limited experience in the Northeast and Midwest.
