Background & Experience

Gene Green has been active in commercial real estate since 1971. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and
Broker-In-Charge for NAI Avant until 2010. Prior to joining the company in 1989, his experience included 13 years of private-sector real estate research and consultation and five years in the marketing and analysis of major commercial and resort developments.
Prior to assuming Broker-In-Charge responsibilities in 1997, Gene served as Senior Vice President of NAI Avant and as
Vice President-Operations for Edens & Avant. He is active in numerous business and civic organizations and was the 2001 and 2009 recipient of the Central Carolina Realtors Association's "President's Excellence Program" award.
Gene is active in company/broker transactions throughout markets served by the company. He earned a B.A. Degree from The George Washington University and a M.A. from the University of South Carolina. |
