Dan Avant is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of NAI Avant. He is also a retired partner and current shareholder in Edens & Avant, Inc., a $3.4 billion shopping center company.
Dan has been active in the development and brokerage of commercial and major residential properties since 1967. He has a long history of involvement in business, educational, community and civic affairs, both at the local and state levels.
Mr. Avant is a graduate of Wofford College and has served on the College's Board as well as on the Board of Visitors for the Medical University of SC and the Board of the SC Foundation of Independent Colleges.
