A Vice President and Partner of NAI Avant, Bruce Harper, SIOR, has extensive experience across South Carolina markets in the brokerage, development and construction of a wide variety of commercial real estate property types. His corporate responsibilities include business and client development as well as facilitating the investment activities of NAI Avant.

Background & Experience
|
| Bruce holds the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation and currently serves as the Carolina’s Chapter Sponsorship Chairman. He was recognized by The State newspaper for his commitment to excellence and community service as a “20 Under 40” award recipient in 2008. He is a Life Member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association (CCRA), and a member of both the South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCAR) and the National Association of Realtors. He is presently a member of the Board of Directors of both CCRA and SCAR. He is the past Chairman of the CCRA Commercial Alliance and has served on its Circle of Excellence Committee since 2003. Bruce has personally received a “Circle of Excellence” Award every year since 1999, achieving “Gold” status in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Bruce also was the recipient of the CCRA “2008 Commercial Transaction of the Year” award He has served on the Columbia Market Forecast Committee since 2005, chairing it in 2006 and 2007. He attended the ICSC School of Development, Design and Construction (2006). Bruce earned his B.S. Degree from Clemson University and also serves on its Board of Visitors. He was appointed by the Columbia City Council in 2007 to the Design/Development Review Commission. |
