Gerald Steele is the firm’s longest-serving broker and has been one of its most consistent "Gold Level" Top Producers. Having joined the company in 1970, his many years of commercial real estate experience have given him a diversity of knowledge that continues to provide his clients with one of the most effective representatives in the markets he serves.
His specialties include: General Commercial Real Estate Brokerage; Major Land Tracts; Recreational Property; Commercial Sites and Buildings. A consistent Top Producer, Gerald has been recognized for each of the past 24 years by the Circle of Excellence Awards and was winner of its Transaction of the Year Award for 1997.
Gerald is active in commercial real estate transactions throughout South Carolina, with his primary area of focus being the Central Midlands area.
