Nick Stomski is an industrial and investment specialist and a Lifetime Member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association’s Circle of Excellence. Nick brings his commercial real estate clients a diversity of experiences that includes his past success as owner/proprietor of his own Midlands-area business. His work with the InSite Commercial Group involved site selection for large single-family home tracts and recreational land.
After transferring to NAI Avant, Nick’s focus is on industrial buildings, distribution facilities and manufacturing buildings throughout central South Carolina. Leading the company in the industrial market, Nick has completed over 100 transactions in the last 36 months.
Nick’s client list is comprised of companies such as Pepsi Bottling Company, Flextronics International, Eleets Transportation, EPSI Masking Company, Flying J, Ceritizit USA, Howells Motor Freight, Masthead, Safelite Glass Corp., Marvin Company, Harvest Hope Food Bank, Mar Mac Wire, and Struthers-Dunn, to name a few.
Nick received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina with a double major of Real Estate and Entrepreneurial Management. He is a member of the Leadership Columbia Class of 2010, the Committee of 100, the South Carolina Economic Developers’ Association and serves on the facilities committee of Harvest Hope Food Bank. |
