Mark McClam is an experienced real estate professional with expertise encompassing medical, multi-family, commercial, coastal investment, land, and build-to-suit properties. His specialties include Medical, Investment and Retail properties.
Prior to joining NAI Avant, as an owner/investor/partner with M&M Properties & Investments, Mark was involved in portfolio management and property acquisitions as well as major development and construction projects across the Southeast. He has extensive transactional experience and contacts within the healthcare industry through his many years in medical sales and real estate interactions with healthcare owners, buyers and investors. Mark’s long sales experience is national in scope, having represented Fortune 500 and major medical, capital, and surgical/surgical device companies across the country. His clients have included such healthcare entities as GE Medical, Abbott, Stryker, Baxter and Cardinal Health.
Mark received his B.A. in Business Administration from The College of Charleston.
