Scope of Service Experience
|
Lee Marsha’s two decades of commerical real estate experience encompass serving in senior leadership capacities with key South Carolina Midlands-area commercial real estate firms. Previously he served as broker-in-charge with Coldwell Banker Commercial and as general manager and broker-in-charge with C.B. Richard Ellis-Columbia, and most recentlyhe was a senior broker with the William Durham Company.
Lee’s specialties include office, industrial/manufacturing and development properties. He has extensive experience with
manufacturing, textile and industrial facilities as well as considerable expertise related to the successful adaptive reuse
of such properties, subsequent to their closing. In addition to his comprehensive experience with all types of commercial buildings and large plant facilities, Lee also is extremely active in land sales for investment and development and providing site selection services for both regional and national clients.
