Hal Cottingham began his commercial real estate and property management career in 1974 and currently serves as a
Senior Advisor to the firm. His experience includes fifteen years as Vice-President of Property Management for Edens
& Avant with responsibility for oversight of a real estate portfolio of 267 retail properties encompassing 26 million square feet of space in 21 states.
Hal is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and regularly lectures around the world
at ICSC sponsored events. Additionally, he has held the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) professional designations.
