Avant Healthcare, a division of NAI Avant, has been selected to provide property management services for the Columbia Heart Clinic Office Building in Columbia. The 50,000-square-foot property is located at 8 Medical Park Road on the main hospital campus of Palmetto Health Richland. Columbia Heart Clinic opened in 2006 concurrently with Palmetto Health Heart Hospital, which is located next door.
