NAI Avant Represents Three Tech Compnanies In Move To Downtown Building

Columbia, S.C. (May 7, 2010) – NAI Avant announced today that the lease agreements for the Consortium for Enterprise Systems Management, TM Floyd & Company and VC3, Inc. for their move to the Tower at 1301 Gervais in downtown Columbia were fully executed by all parties. NAI Avant exclusively represented each of the three firms. Collectively the companies will include nearly 150 employees and occupy over 50,000 square feet of space, which represents the largest office lease transaction in the market in over 18 months. The Consortium is a collaboration of companies, colleges, universities, and groups focused on increasing the IT talent pipeline to meet the needs of the marketplace. TM Floyd & Company is a leading information technology consulting group dedicated to providing innovative and cost effective IT solutions, particularly focused on the insurance industry. VC3 is a leading information technology organization that has been providing a full range of IT services to the private and public sectors across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia for over 16 years.
